Roosth Construction employs the most qualified office and field staff in the region.
Each member of our team believes in the Roosth performance standards of quality and commitment to our Customers. In addition to the 150 years of construction and real estate experience, three employees are Florida State Certified General Contractors, one employee is a LEED AP, three are Green Advantage accredited, and one is SCSM certified. To remain at the top of their field, all employees are encouraged to pursue the latest education in safety, environmental and construction technology.
Roosth considers the uniqueness of each project when assigning staff. We pick a team of managers and support staff which are highly qualified and best suited to each individual project. We encourage you to check our references and verify that our management team performs as we say they do.
Mark Roosth, President. Since starting the Company in 1993, Mark has grown the Company to sales of over $5.0 mil/year. His responsibilities include business management, business development, & overall project production.
Mark is a member of ICSC, holds a Florida Certified GC license, a Green Advantage accreditation, and has served on the Martin County Licensing Board.
Kenneth Roosth, VP of Sales & Marketing. Since joining Roosth in 2005, Kenneth´s knowledge of retail leasing and property management has greatly expanded our client base. Now as the VP of Sales & Marketing, Kenneth oversees all aspects of the sales cycle including new client development, client relationship management, permitting solutions, and monitoring projects till completion. Kenneth connects daily with clients to report on completion dates and ensure client satisfaction.
Kenneth is a Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager, a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesman, holds a Green Advantage accreditation, and is an active member of ICSC including being on the program committees for both the South Florida Idea Exchange and Palm Beach County Program.
Jay Zuckerman, VP of Construction Operations/Project Manager. As a member of the Roosth team for the past 5 years, Jay´s responsibilities include purchasing, sub and client contract management, scheduling, and overseeing all projects and field employees.
With over 25 years experience in the construction industry, Jay has the knowledge and resources to complete multiple projects of a wide variety. Jay is a LEED AP and holds a Florida Certified GC license.
Mike Meyer, Estimator. With over 20 years experience in construction, Mike recently joined Roosth in 2008. Mike´s estimating duties include creation and presentation of Client estimates/proposals and maintenance of Company historical data.
Mike is an active member of the Realtor Commercial Association and holds a Florida Certified General Contractor´s License & a Green Advantage accreditation.
Debbie Ebner, Controller. In her 5th year with Roosth, Debbie oversees the financial and accounting processes for the Company including banking, job costing, taxes, payroll, and financial statement reporting. Debbie also maintains direct client contact for pay requests and collection of accounts receivable.
Debbie is an active participant in the Martin County Chamber of Commerce.
Kimberly Restrepo, Director of Marketing. With 9 years of prior construction experience, Kimberly has quickly and successfully taken on the roles of Administrative Assistant, Estimating Assistant, Permit Expediter, and now Director of Marketing since joining Roosth in January 2008. Kimberly´s job duties include assisting the VP of Sales & Marketing, internal and external marketing, responsible for JDRF fundraising and management of clients and potential clients.
Kimberly also pre-qualifies and pre-selects subcontractors for bids and is responsible for obtaining all new building permits. Kimberly is an active member of both ICSC and the Martin County Chamber of Commerce.
