HISTORY
The seed of Roosth Construction started long before the founding of the company by president Mark Roosth. After receiving his BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas, Mark set out to put his degree to use in the building industry. Acquiring positions with the Manhattan Construction Company and Unibuild Construction, Inc. in Texas, and later with Centex-Rooney and Pate Construction in Florida, Mark gained valuable insight that would aid him in the founding of his own company in 1993.
The company, built on the success and impeccable integrity of Mr. Roosth, soon acheived the attention of South Florida's commercial and shopping center building market.
By eliminating the need for as many sub-contractors, we avoid coordination delays by maintaining control of the project, enabling completion of each project in an accelerated and cost-effective manner.
Today, Roosth Construction still practices the principles on which it was founded, making Roosth a favorite of both customers and subcontractors alike. The company continues to grow and expand, building on the success of the past and the opportunity of the future.
